Order Fulfillment: 

All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping.

International Orders:

We are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your countries custom agency. Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for unpaid customs fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Once your order is with the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, please contact us if you encounter any issues, and we will do our best to assist you.
